This time i did a couple of renderings about this incredible Mclaren, the P1 GTR.
This is the racing version of the Mclaren P1 and Mclaren announced it to celebrate 20 years since their victory in the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans.
The GTR will be made available to the 375 McLaren P1 owners only, and will be a very limited edition of 35 units.
Each model will cost £1.9 million.
McLaren declare that this will be the most powerful McLaren to date, with a 987 bhp power output.
The car is equipped with slick tyres, a race-prepared suspension, a fixed rear wing capable of using DRS and a new exclusively designed exhaust.
Obviously is claimed to have greater levels of performance, grip, aerodynamics and downforce in comparison to the road car also because the GTR is 50kg lighter than the road version.

In questa occasione ho fatto un paio di render riguardo la spettacolare Mclaren P1 GTR.
Questa e’ la versione racing della Mclaren P1 a Mclaren l’ha annunciata per celebrare i 20 anni dalla loro ultima vittoria della 24 ore di Le Mans (1995).
La Mclaren P1 GTR sara’ disponibile solo ed unicamente per i 375 possessori della versione stradale Mclaren P1 e la disponibilita’ sara’ solo di 35 esemplari.
Ognuno di questi 35 esemplari costera’ 1.9 milioni di Sterline.
Mclaren dichiara che questa sara’ la piu’ potente Mclaren mai creata, con una potenza totale disponibile pari a 987 cavalli.
La vettura in questione’ oltre al motore potenziato vanta una dotazione comprendente pneumatici Slick, sospensioni totalmente racing, un’ala fissa posteriore con funzionamento DRS ed un nuovo impianto di scarico.
Ovviamente vengono dichiarati livelli di prestazioni, tenuta, aerodinamica e portanza notevolmente superiori rispetto al modello stradale da cui deriva anche grazie al peso di 50 kg inferiore.
